Reactions of chefs to our chicken
One associate chef failed to do a side-by-side taste test to compare our chicken with the brand of chicken the restaurant had been using. The reason? He ate the whole chicken!!!
One head chef of a large restaurant prepared our chicken and served it to his many associate chefs. A vote was called and it was unanimous: Ours was the best chicken they had ever tasted.
Not every restaurant chef that tries our chicken decides to put it on the menu, but none fail to smile when asked how they liked it. An executive chef said earnestly, “You raise good-tasting ‘yard birds.’” His chef de cuisine followed with, “Your chicken rocks!”
